The man couldn’t hold back his tears when he found out where his dog runs every day.
Ismail had a mongrel dog named Sabir, which had long been mistaken specifically for the man’s partially paralyzed father. After burying his father, Ismail noticed that the dog’s behavior had changed — before he was not particularly distinguished by his love of freedom, but now he began to run away from home all day.
Sabir would come home in the late afternoon and each time he looked sad. Ismaïl decided to find out where the dog goes every day. But he didn’t even think the path could be so long and where it would eventually lead.
And following the dog, the man came to the outskirts of the city, but the animal followed further. Then Ismail began to understand exactly where Sabir was heading.
A little later, he could already confidently say where the dog was going, namely to his father’s grave. After all, Sabir didn’t say goodbye to his master when he was buried.
All this time, she missed him. And then he was able to find the place where Matin was buried.
When Ismail saw the dog on his father’s grave, he realized how difficult this loss was for him — as difficult as it was for himself. And when he realized it, he couldn’t hold back his tears, just like Sabir.
